Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use lesudchicago.com, make a reservation, book a private event or catering, order online, or message us. Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen is operated by 2301 Roscoe Hospitality LLC, 2301 W Roscoe St, Chicago, IL 60618. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

  • Reservations are made through Resy and are subject to Resy's terms.
  • Our second-floor dining room is reached by stairs. If you need first-floor seating, please note it in your reservation.
  • If your plans change, please update or cancel your reservation in Resy so we can offer the table to other guests.

Private events

  • Every event space has a food and beverage minimum, which depends on the space, day, and meal period.
  • Minimums do not include 11% sales tax, 20% gratuity, or applicable administrative fees. Room fees, rentals, and add-ons are extra unless stated otherwise.
  • Final menu selections are due 3 weeks before the event.
  • Menus, prices, and minimums may change. Your signed event agreement controls if it differs from this page.
  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm your event. If you cancel or do not show, the deposit is not refundable.
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted. We can special-order a brand that isn't on our list for an additional charge.
  • The Salle du Soleil is on the second floor and is reached by stairs only.

Catering and online orders

  • Online orders for take-out, curbside pickup, and delivery are placed through our Toast ordering page.
  • Catering orders have a $250 minimum.
  • Prices, items, and availability may change without notice.
  • Please check your order at pickup or delivery and contact us right away about any problem.

Food allergies

Tell your server or event coordinator about any allergy or dietary need before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and fish. We cannot guarantee any dish is free of allergens.

Alcohol

You must be 21 or older to order alcohol, and we may ask for ID. We may refuse service to anyone, as required by Illinois law.

Pets

Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patio in season. Only service animals are allowed indoors.

Messaging and automated assistants

You can contact us by phone, text, email, or Google messaging. Some replies may come from an automated AI assistant. Automated answers are for general information. Prices, availability, and event details are confirmed only by our team in writing. Please don't send payment card details by chat or text.

By texting us, you agree to receive replies by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards are available for purchase and are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Promotions and specials are subject to their stated terms and may end at any time.

Website use

Website content, including our name, logo, photos, and menus, belongs to Le Sud. Please don't copy it for commercial use without permission. We work to keep our website accurate, but hours, menus, and prices may change. Links to other sites, such as Resy, Toast, and Tripleseat, are governed by those sites' terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Le Sud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
