How many guests can Le Sud accommodate for group dining?
We can host both small gatherings from 10 -12 and large groups from 40-120 . Contact our events team to discuss capacity and layout options.
Do you offer custom menus for private events?
Yes. Our chefs can tailor prix‑fixe or family‑style menus to match your preferences and dietary needs.
Is Le Sud suitable for corporate events and business dinners?
Absolutely. We regularly host corporate dinners, team celebrations, and client events in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Can we bring our own flowers, decorations, or table décor?
Yes, outside flowers and light table décor are welcome. We simply ask that all décor be free-standing and not attached to walls or fixtures. Our events team can review any special setup requests in advance.
Can we bring a cake or dessert from an outside bakery?
Yes, you may bring a cake or specialty dessert. A cake-cutting and plating fee may apply. Please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare proper service and presentation.
Do you offer audio/visual equipment for presentations?
Yes. We have a projector, screen, microphones, and easels available for corporate presentations, slideshows, and special announcements. Availability should be requested in advance to ensure setup.
Can we play our own music or connect a playlist?
We’re happy to accommodate background music requests when possible. Please coordinate with our events team so we can ensure volume and setup align with the dining experience.
How far in advance should we book a group dining event?
We recommend booking at least 4 -6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Larger events may require additional lead time.
Is there a minimum spend or deposit required?
Our private and semi-private events require a minimum food and beverage spend and/or a deposit to secure the space. Our events team will provide full details during the booking process.

The Salon Room
(First Floor)
Located off the main dining room, the Salon offers a semi-private dining experience for groups up to 20 guests for a sit-down dinner, wine tastings and cocktail receptions. Perfect space for this holiday family dinner.
The Salle du Soleil Room
(Second Floor)
Overlooking Roscoe Street, the Salle du Soleil offers an intimate private setting that accommodates up to 40 guests for family holiday celebrations, cocktail receptions, corporate dinners. Our private room features Juliet balconies, separate restrooms and complimentary audio-visual capabilities. The Salle du Soleil can be divided for a semi-private option available for parties of up to 10. There is a flight of stairs to access our second level.
Terrasse Chauffé Room
(Four Seasons Patio)
The outdoor patio is available for semi-private events with up to 10 - 80 guests when weather permitting.
Full Buyout
Le Sud is available for buyouts for standing cocktail reception or seated events. For up to 150 guests for standing cocktail receptions and 100 guests sit down dinner. Dining options are flexible, including passed appetizers, food stations, satellite bar and buffets.
buyout rate grants you access to the multi-level interior restaurant space and outdoor patio, rooftop space from 5pm - 10pm. The restaurant comes “as is” and any other rental equipment (tents, special tables and chairs) will be charged accordingly. Standard sales tax as well as a gratuity and admin fees are not factored into the buyout rate and will be charged, additionally.
The buyout rate includes all food and beverage consumed up to the buyout amount. All other consumption is charged additionally and will be charged applicable tax and gratuity. If the minimum is not met, the balance will be charged as a room fee and is not subject to tax.
