The Salon Room
(First Floor). Seats 24, or up to 30 standing.
An intimate private room ideal for small gatherings, executive dinners, and special celebrations.
The Salle du Soleil Room
(Second Floor). Seats 50, or up to 70 standing.
A bright and elegant upstairs dining space perfect for larger group dinners and private events.
Terrasse Chauffée Room
(Four Seasons Patio / Winter Sunroom). Seats 60, or up to 80 standing.
Our sidewalk patio on Roscoe Street: open-air in warmer months, enclosed and heated as the Winter Sunroom in winter. A favorite for Chicago private events year-round.
Dining Room & Salon. Seats 70, or up to 100 standing.
First Floor Buyout. Seats 120, or up to 180 standing.
Full Buyout
Le Sud is available for buyouts for standing cocktail reception or seated events. For up to 250 guests for a standing cocktail reception or 180 guests for a seated dinner. Dining options are flexible, including passed appetizers, food stations, satellite bar and buffets.
buyout rate grants you access to the multi-level interior restaurant space and outdoor patio from 5pm - 10pm. The restaurant comes “as is” and any other rental equipment (tents, special tables and chairs) will be charged accordingly. Standard sales tax as well as a gratuity and admin fees are not factored into the buyout rate and will be charged, additionally.
The buyout rate includes all food and beverage consumed up to the buyout amount. All other consumption is charged additionally and will be charged applicable tax and gratuity. If the minimum is not met, the balance will be charged as a room fee and is not subject to tax.

Yes. We have a projector, screen, microphones, and easels available for corporate presentations, slideshows, and special announcements. Availability should be requested in advance to ensure setup.
