Le Sud Celebrates 8 Years in Roscoe Village
Eight years ago, Le Sud opened its doors in Roscoe Village with a simple idea: create a neighborhood restaurant where guests could gather over Mediterranean-inspired food, good wine, and warm hospitality.
This September, we are incredibly grateful to celebrate Le Sud’s 8th Anniversary.
From September 22–27, 2026, we invite our friends, family, community partners, longtime guests, and new neighbors to celebrate with us during a special anniversary week featuring a $48 three-course dinner, $8 Anniversary Wines, and the return of two guest favorites from Le Sud’s past.

It’s hard for me to believe that Le Sud is celebrating eight years in Roscoe Village.
When we opened our doors in 2018, I had no idea what the years ahead would bring. Like every restaurant, we’ve had wonderful moments, difficult moments, changes, challenges, celebrations, and so many memories along the way.
But through all of it, one thing has stayed the same — the support from our guests.
Some of you have been dining with us since the very beginning. You’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, first dates, holidays, and special moments here. Many of you became familiar faces, and over the years, some became friends.
That means more to me than I can properly put into words.
For our 8th Anniversary Week, I wanted to do something that felt personal. Instead of only creating something new, I wanted to look back at the dishes guests still remember and ask about.
So I asked our team, and I spoke with Chef, about what we should bring back.
We decided on two favorites from Le Sud’s past.
Crab Spaghetti Returns
One of the most requested dishes from past Le Sud menus is our Crab Spaghetti.
Made with Blue Crab Meat, Garlic Chili Paste, Shallots, Fresh Basil, and Parmigiano, this dish has remained in the memories of many of our longtime guests.
Even after it left the menu, people continued asking when it would return.
To me, that says something. A dish becomes part of a restaurant’s story when guests still remember it years later.
For our 8th Anniversary Week, the Crab Spaghetti is coming back.
Presa Ibérico Pork Returns
We are also bringing back another favorite: Presa Ibérico Pork.
This special dish features Spanish Ibérico, White Truffle, Parmigiano Reggiano Mashed Potato, Apricot Chutney, Micro Herbs, and Fresh Shaved Radishes.
Rich and flavorful, it is another dish we are excited to serve again as part of our anniversary celebration.

$48 Three-Course Anniversary Dinner
From Tuesday, September 22 through Sunday, September 27, guests can enjoy a special $48 three-course anniversary dinner at Le Sud.
We will also be offering $8 Anniversary Wines throughout the celebration.
It is our way of marking this milestone with the people who made it possible — our guests and our community.
Eight Years in Roscoe Village
For me, this week is about more than celebrating eight years.
It is about saying thank you to everyone who has supported Le Sud, recommended us to friends, celebrated with us, and continued to walk through our doors year after year.
I am also deeply grateful to our team, past and present, who helped make Le Sud what it is today.
Eight years in the restaurant business is something I never take for granted.
Thank you for being part of our story.
