The best holiday menus for groups
Family-style dinner: shared starters, mains, sides and dessert in three tiers, typically $70 to $120 per guest.
Cocktail reception: passed small bites, from $28 per person for two selections over one hour.
Holiday brunch: Saturday or Sunday, typically $40 to $60 per guest, with bottomless mimosas and Bellinis from $25 per person.
Hosted bar: packages from $29 per person for two hours of beer and wine, up to premium and luxury spirits, plus a zero-proof package.
Every space has a food and beverage minimum. Weeknight minimums are the lowest, starting at $1,600 for the Salon, so a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday party stretches your budget further. Minimums exclude 11% sales tax and 20% gratuity.
